San Pedro's Church San Pedro's Catholic Church It conserves a very old and beautiful catholic church. People from Metapan called it San Pedro's Church, this one was built up in 1, 743. It is considerated one of the oldest catholic church in El Salvador. Guija Lake  A forty three square kilometers volcanic lake shared by El Salvador and Guatemala. Poeple who live close by have their own myths about this lake. Some of them believe that there might be two small towns under the water. They called them Azacualpa and Guijar. "Igualtepeque" Figures Mount   This is a pretty cool  place ! where the mayan ancestors did  rituals to honor their Gods. There is a stone mass over there ( Mayan Gods Figures ) Mayan Gods Figures - Guija Lake  Guija Lake is a very important natural resource because it does water a dry tropical forest  called San Diego.
